On March 19, 2014, Rand Paul spoke truth to the students at the University of California-Berkeley. The sppech is 20 minutes long and the question and answer portion is an additional 20 minutes. Like Rand Paul and other conservatives, the students in attendance appear to strongly agree that the government is getting too big and too controlling. The question presented is as follows: If the CIA can spy on the Senate committee that oversees the CIA, who is in charge here? Is it the Senate that is in charge of oversight of the CIA or is the CIA running the show? Personally, I do not like the answer.
