The resurrection parallels what happened at the birth of Jesus: he was seen by some, but not others; he was understood by some, but not by others; some were changed by Him; others were indifferent. But unlike Peter, John, and Mary of Magdala, who rush to the tomb but at first do not understand, we are certain of the resurrection of Jesus. Alleluia!
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence. John Adams

Jesus Christ is Risen Today - Hereford Cathedral Choir
Jesus Christ is Risen Today!
We sense the Spirit that is upon us on this day, a time to "clear out the old," as St. Paul writes. We, who believe in Christ, glory in the promise that our sins will be forgiven in His name.
